[Cisco](https://www.cisco.com/), [Red Hat](https://redhat.com/), [Fortinet](https://www.fortinet.com/), and [Juniper](https://www.juniper.net/) achieved the most number of FIPS 140-2 certificates in 2021.

Security Level 1 certificates account for 58% of the total in 2021.
